N733KJ “Scarlett” is a 1976 172N model with a very low time O320-H2AD 160hp engine and a fixed pitch McCauley propeller. It has dual glass panel Garmin G3X displays with a full Garmin suite of radios, a Garmin GPS WAAS certified GPS and a Garmin GFC-500 autopilot. This Aircarft qualifies as a TAA advanced aircraft by the definition specified in FAR 61.1. N733KJ also has a recent, fully upgraded interior designed with comfort and safety in mind and an upgraded gross weight increase to 2400 Lbs MTOW and a 910 Lb useful load.

She is outfitted with an O360-A4M 180hp Air Plains conversion and a 2550 MTOW giving her just under 1000 Lbs of useful load! A newly installed dual screen Garmin G3X set of flight displays gives you all the flight, fuel and engine parameters, displayed for easy interpretation. 28L has a new full Garmin navigation and communications suite with a combined WAAS GPS/Transponder as well as a Garmin GFC500 autopilot with electric trim. Sporting a brand new custom upgraded leather interior and a new headliner. A TAA aircraft per the definition in FAR 61.1, she is ready to be flown in comfort and style to your desired destination.

A 1976 172N model with the Penyann Aero 180hp upgrade and a O360-A4A engine she has a useful load of 1050Lbs with a 2550lb MTOW. 3LN has an advanced suite of avionics including a 6 pack configuration of flight instruments with: 2 GI-275 Garmin PFDs, and a third GI-275 to monitor engine and fuel parameters. The flight displays are complemented with a new full suite of Garmin Nav and Com equipment that includes a Garmin GNC-355 WAAS GPS/Com. The installation of a Garmin GFC-500 autopilot also makes this aircraft a TAA advanced aircraft per FAR 61.1 definition. A new sporty interior with Red accents completes the transformation of this pristine aircraft and welcomes her to the family as our latest acquisition. This beautiful 1979 Cessna 172N features the highly desirable 180HP Air Plains conversion, delivering outstanding performance and reliability. With very low airframe and engine time, she is currently undergoing a complete transformation including a brand-new interior, upgraded lighting, and a state-of-the-art full Garmin avionics suite.
The panel will feature a Garmin G3X flight display, GTN750Xi navigator, integrated EIS engine monitoring system, Garmin autopilot, and much more; creating a modern, capable, fully IFR platform pilots will love to fly.
